Redefining Ethical Fashion and Denim Upcycling
I am Juan Carlos Gordillo, an independent designer who blends Latin influences with elements of Western and Spanish folklore. Known as the 'Denim Designer,' I am a pioneer in ethical fashion and denim upcycling, long before sustainability became a trend.
My passion for denim and commitment to ethical practices are reflected in each garment, where fabric recycling and the use of organic materials are key. I strive to inspire eco-conscious changes in the industry and consumers, believing in the power of small actions to transform our planet and fashion.
The JUAN CARLOS GORDILLO brand is defined by its commitment to ethical fashion, advocating for transparency and honesty in the industry. My work has been featured at events like Vienna's MQ Fashion Week and Berlin Fashion Week, collaborating with companies like LENZING - TENCEL™, OFFICINA+39, TEJIDOS ROYO, and TONELLO.
My goal is to continue pushing the boundaries of ethical fashion, showing that sustainability and style can go hand in hand.
